Variable Compensation Scheme
We operate a discretionary bonus scheme that is dependent upon both the company-wide and business unit performance throughout the year. This award may be further enhanced for individuals demonstrating exceptional performance.
We invite UK staff to participate in the company’s share incentive plan, which provides a tax-efficient means of acquiring shares in ConocoPhillips. The company also contributes to this scheme.
New employees joining the company are entered into the ConocoPhillips Defined Contribution Plan i.e. the automatic enrolment scheme chosen by ConocoPhillips. Membership of the trust-based plan provides benefits including Life Assurance cover, ill-health cover and surviving dependants’ benefits, all with effect from your first day of employment.
Private Medical Insurance
We provide Private Medical Insurance cover for staff and the opportunity to purchase additional cover for dependants at highly competitive rates.
Employees are provided with a competitive holiday entitlement which increases in line with service. This holiday entitlement is in addition to recognised public holidays.
Lunch is provided at most of our UK offices. Where this is not possible, e.g. due to remoteness or size of the facility, a lunch allowance will be provided.
Our flexible benefits scheme gives employees the ability to vary their benefits package from the standard offering to better suit their individual circumstances. There is an opportunity to purchase additional benefits, e.g. dependents Private Medical Insurance, Dental Insurance, Childcare Vouchers, Cycle2Work scheme or to increase or decrease the level of the standard benefits provided.
