A: No. If selected for an assignment, contract workers are employed by our third-party contingent workforce partner, Hiregenics.
Q: Are contract workers eligible to apply for ConocoPhillips U.S. full-time positions?
A: If there is a full-time position available, contract workers through the U.S. Contingent Workforce Program (CWP) can apply and will be considered along with any other qualified candidates.
