How you can grow
We provide a comprehensive new hire program designed for university new hires to help point your information technology career in the right direction. This three-part program allows you to gain industry and IT knowledge, explore career opportunities and contribute to the company overall.
It begins with Navigate 360 which is an eight-week training program that teaches the energy value chain, where the company operates in the value chain and how IT helps support the company through a combination of classroom presentations, field trips and other hands-on experiences. The next piece is our rotational program, which consists of three approximately one-year rotations that help develop the strong foundational base important in creating our future management and technical leaders. The last piece is functional oversight. This oversight consists of a talent management team that meets with you on a quarterly basis, tracks your progress and career development, oversees the rotation placement process and provides mentorship.
