Supplemental health care
- Designed to supplement health care services provided through the public system.
- Provides for health care services and supplies such as prescription drugs, semi-private hospital rooms and ambulance services.
- ConocoPhillips pays 100% of the premium.
Provincial health
- In provinces where premiums are required, the company pays for 50% and employee pays 50% portion through payroll deduction.
Dental insurance
- This plan is designed to provide you and your family with a dental care program ranging from cleanings and fillings to major services and child orthodontics.
- ConocoPhillips pays 100% of the premium.
Vision Care Plan
- Coverage is provided for you and your family for vision care expenses.
- ConocoPhillips pays 100% of the premium.
Short-Term Disability
- This plan provides you with income protection for illness or injury not related to work for up to 52 weeks either at 100% or 75% of base pay, dependent on years of service.
Long-Term Disability
- Provides a benefit equal to 70% of your pre-disability monthly salary to a maximum monthly benefit of $16,000.
- Cost sharing between ConocoPhillips and employees; 75% company-paid; 25% employee-paid.
Health Care Spending Account
- Provides the option to allocate company contributions from the savings plan to a non-taxable Health Spending Account to cover eligible medical and dental expenses above the maximum of those not included under the health and dental plans.
Company-Paid Insurance
- Employee life insurance – Provides coverage equal to two times your annual salary.
- Family life insurance – provides coverage of $5,000 for spouse and $2,000 for each child.
- Basic Accidental Death & Dismemberment (AD&D) Insurance – provides coverage of two times your annual salary.
Retirement Plan
- Defined Contribution Pension Plan.
- ConocoPhillips contributes 5 percent, 7.5 percent or 10 percent to the plan, based on years of company service.
- Employees are vested after two years of continuous service.
Savings Plan
- ConocoPhillips contributes 6 percent of employees’ eligible earnings. Employees may direct the contributions to a Health Spending Account, Registered Retirement Savings Plan (RRSP) or a non-registered savings account.

- Vacation, Statutory Holidays and Flex Days.
