Within the exploration and production business, our operations and engineering groups can provide an exciting and varied professional career. In this skills group we include:

  • Production Technology and Operations: Responsible for field development, flow assurance, production chemistry, and production optimization, including the daily operations and maintenance of each producing asset.
  • Project Management and Infrastructure Engineering: Primary technical responsibility from the wellhead to sales point, including all aspects of project planning and implementation.
  • Well Engineering and Operations: Responsible for optimal well engineering and execution of drilling completion and intervention operations.

ConocoPhillips offers varied engineering discipline roles including: civil/structural; chemical/process; mechanical; control systems and instrumentation; electrical; naval architecture; safety and environmental engineers.
